Extremely terrible hotel. Bad service, they don’t clean the rooms daily, Towels were full of stains the only good part of the hotel is it is centrally located..

It is very good from location point of view. The hotel is located near by center point and Central rail stain. Hotel is very safe from security point of view.

The rooms at Hotel Poonja International are quite dated and could benefit from renovation. Additionally, the front office staff’s service was lacking, with reports of unprofessional behavior and delays during check-in . On the positive side, the breakfast was delightful, and the restaurant staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive .

Rooms was not filly serviced while check in, No basic amenities have been placed (no towel, no bathroom amenities) . food was also average in breakfast. please give an option of rooms without breakfast, breakfast is very average it is better we can have it outside insted of having complementary breakfast. Room is spacious and clean. none of the remote is working. (Tv, AC). basic amenities like kettle , tea coffee sachet was not there. I think normal small hotels provide this. no hot water in the bath room.

I had a wonderful stay at Poonja . The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the quick check-in process and the convenient location close to restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, offering a good variety. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms are not like they look in photos. Stinky rooms and very poor service. Among all there is no proper lock in the door from inside, they give you key card which at times work and not. Food is average. Also not to gorget dirty bedsheets and pillows. Please don’t go fir this hotel just because it us cheap.
